This non-refundable fee must be paid by bank transfer, cheque or credit card, and must be received by 28th March 2009. The hotel accommodation costs are additional and should be paid directly to the hotel upon checkout.

Payments:
To pay for your booking, either send your cheque, made payable to Vitesse Events, Accounts Payable, Vitesse Media, Octavia House, 50 Banner Street, London EC1Y 8ST or arrange a bank transfer within 14 days of booking your table.  Credit card payments will be taken over the telephone within 3 working days.

Invoices will be sent within 2 working days of receipt of your booking and must be paid within 14 days.

If your booking is made 14 days of the event full payment will be required at the time of booking by credit card.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made in writing no later than 8 weeks prior to the event.  50% refunds will be given at this stage of the booking.  Cancellations received after that date will incur 75% charge.  We regret that no refunds will be paid on cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the event date.
