Clinical pipeline:

• Ontaril®: based on expanded adipose derived stem cells (eASCs) for the treatment of complex perianal fistula. Ontaril® is in phase III trials for non-Crohn patients and will start a phase III trial for Crohn patients in H2 2008. In phase I & II, Ontaril® demonstrated efficacy >70%. Northamerican rights to Ontaril® were have been licensed to Axcan Pharma.

• Cx501: chimeric skin based on allogeneic fibroblasts and autologous keratinocytes for the treatment of Epidermolysis Bullosa, currently in Phase II.

In addition, Cellerix is developing a pipeline of allogeneic products based on eASCs under the Cx601 and Cx611 programmes.
