Nicolas Fellmann, Chief Financial Officer

Nicolas Fellmann joined BioAlliance Pharma as Chief Financial Officer in November 2006, after more than 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He joined the Pfizer group at the end of 1995 and took on increasing responsibilities within the finance division of its French subsidiary - notably a series of mergers and restructuring operations (Warner-Lambert, Pharmacia). In September 1999, Nicolas Fellmann was appointed as Director, Treasury Tax and Audit, France, with responsibility for the management of financial risks, financial & fiscal operations and tax optimization. Prior to joining Pfizer, he had worked for several years as a financial auditor at Ernst & Young, where he managed various assignments in the industrial and service sectors. N. Fellmann is a graduate of EM Lyon (EM Lyon Business School).
